* It is currently under investigation whether the accused (Jenova Marie Stockmaster) can be held accountable for a domestic disturbance reported to have occurred at the Scheidly residence earlier this evening.
Based on our sources, statements gathered from those involved, and evidence gather at the scene, the evening’s events happened something like this…
From approximately 1500 through 1730 hours, on the date of the incident, the residence had been vacant with the exception of three individuals. Those present had been the accused Petty Officer (Jenova Marie), Ensign (Kasynthia Lynne Stockmaster), and the Commanding Officer (Anthony B Stockmaster).

The Commander is said to have maintained a meticulous watch over operations, which makes the commission of the day’s events even more heinous. The stealth needed to execute such deviance under the watch of Commander Stockmaster is unprecedented.
It is reported to have been brought to Commander Stockmaster’s attention that something was amiss at approximately 1600 hours; when Commander Stockmaster received information by way of Confidential Informant #102407. CI#102407 advised the Commander -in confidence- that “Oooh no… Sissy bad… Sissy mess!” Upon investigation, it is verified that somewhere between the hours of 1530 and 1600 an event occurred in the vicinity of the residence’s front bay window whereby a large flowerpot resides containing approximately 8 gallons of potting soil and housing Commander Stockmaster’s 25 year old Dracena Marginata. Petty Officer (Jenova Marie) was found within that very proximity, |
with soil -resembling that at the scene- heavily ground into her uniform at the sleeves. There were also signs of residual soil -also resembling that at the scene- on Petty Officer Stockmaster’s hands and mouth.
Following standard operating procedure regarding damage control, Commander Stockmaster immediately took the suspect into custody and began the decontamination process. Petty Officer Jenova Marie Stockmaster remains in custody pending the Court’s decision regarding the aforementioned charges. *** UPDATE ***
Commanding Officer, Anthony B Stockmaster, has found -after further investigation- that Petty Officer Stockmaster can not be held solely accountable for her actions at the time of the incident. As guaranteed by provisions explained in Section 23A, Sub-Section C, paragraph 6, of our Parliamentary Revised Code of High Command: “…Any officer, commissioned or otherwise, having been found guilty of a non-life threatening offense is entitled to clemency if there is reasonable evidence to support the act was not conceived |

of their own will and clear thinking…”. Furthermore, as guaranteed by provisions explained in Section73A, Sub-Section B, paragraph 12: “… The enlisted may be granted amnesty regarding disciplinary proceedings if the events leading to the infraction can be considered subsequent to the dependency or use of mind-altering/habit-forming psychotropic chemicals, contingent however upon the defendant’s willingness to seek and maintain professional health care regarding the issue…”

As legal representation for the accused has provided substantial evidence that Petty Officer Stockmaster had been under the influence of Hempmilk for several hours prior, and during, the hours of the incident, Commander Stockmaster is compliant to the finding that Petty Officer Jenova Marie is to return to active service and retain rank.
